RELATED PROGRAMMES AND PROJECTS:
Heritage and creativity with Petals
Financed by Koprivnica-Križevci County, the artistic and creative workshops in partnership with the Koprivnica City Museum are focused on research and expression through two significant art forms – naive art and comic strip art.
The Touch of Art - Latica ceramic workshops
The project is funded by the Municipality of Gola and the Municipality of Peteranec. In cooperation with the „Motacilla Alba Ješkovo“ Art Association, members of the „Latice“ Association are actively involved in creative work, resulting in the creation of unique ceramic items.
Lettuce in the garden - let's plant together
The project is funded by Komunalac d.o.o. and the Municipality of Koprivnički Bregi, with sponsorship from Hrvatske šume d.o.o. Users are provided with the opportunity for basic gardening methods along with the development of awareness regarding the importance of environmental care through personal and practical experience based on growing vegetables in a protected environment.
Lettuce on a trip

The project is funded by the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, and the implementation period runs from 1 December 2024 to 31 August 2025. Amount of funding: €16,266.67. Activities covering daily life, creative expression, and recreational games and exercises are represented. The project partners are: Braća Radić Primary School and Koprivnica Secondary School (nutritionist and chemical technician programmes). Workshops are organised alternately, with an even distribution, with an emphasis on intensive implementation during the summer holidays.

The youth club „Our Angels“ was founded on 26 June 2015. The service users are children with developmental disabilities aged 6 to 21. The establishment was prompted by the fact that the Koprivnica area and its wider surroundings lacked a service providing adequate programmes that would enable school-aged children with developmental disabilities to engage in extracurricular activities. Those that we have planned through this programme take place outside of teaching hours and during school holidays, and they greatly contribute to a better quality of life for children with developmental disabilities. They are tailored to the children's health status in order to fill their time in a high-quality and functional way.
Play, Development and Inclusion with the Angels (01/02/2025 - 30/11/2025)
The project is co-financed by the City of Koprivnica and Koprivnica-Križevci County. Through its implementation, children participate in musical, art and creative, and sports and recreational workshops.
Music workshops consist of learning and singing together with service users, as well as rhythmic exercises tailored to each user according to their abilities.
As part of the arts and crafts workshops, a partner organisation is also participating – the "Fran Galović" Library and Reading Room – where once a month the librarian organises an interactive gathering for users connected to literature and the interpretation of literary works in order to encourage creativity and the development of critical thinking among children.
The sports and recreation workshop contributes to health improvement and an increase in the range of motion. Through verbal instructions and the facilitator's demonstration, users also work on improving functional and motor skills.
