Accessibility statement

The Association for Assistance to Persons with Intellectual Disabilities Latice (hereinafter: the Latice Association) strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with Act on the accessibility of websites and software solutions for mobile devices of public sector bodies of the Republic of Croatia ("Official Gazette", No. 17/19; hereinafter referred to as: the Law) which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016).

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of the Latice Association, at latice.hr.

Degree of compliance

The website of the Latice Association (latice.hr) is partially compliant with the Act due to the non-compliance (inaccessible content) listed below.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is inaccessible for the following reasons:

  • some of the published documents are not available in machine-readable form
  • parts of the website do not have a satisfactory level of contrast
  • most images lack text descriptions (alt attributes)
  • some image links do not have corresponding textual (machine-readable) names

The Latice Association is working to eliminate the observed inconsistencies.

This Statement was drawn up on 10.09.2025, according to the Accessibility Statement Template which is in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, and is set out By the implementing decision of the Commission (EU) 2018/1523.
The assessment of compliance with accessibility requirements is the result of a self-assessment by the Latice Association.
The statement was last reviewed on September 10, 2025, and the Latice Association will regularly revise this statement after eliminating the reasons why certain content was inaccessible.
