Edukacija – Upravljanje ljudskim resursima i timski rad u kriznim situacijama

Prošlog su tjedna zaposlenice udruge “Latice” Mirjana Grivić i Darija Krušelj sudjelovale na petodnevnoj edukaciji organiziranoj od Gradsko društvo osoba s invaliditetom Đurđevac . Radionicu “” provodio je prof reh. Darko Kobetić iz Centar znanja Profectus . Polaznice radionice slušale su sljedeće teme: upravljanje timom, osobine timova, krizne situacije u timovima, konflikti u timovima, strategije nošenja s konfliktima, sagorijevanje u radnom okruženju, prevencija sagorijevanja, delegiranje timskog rada, restrukturiranje timova. Završetkom radionice polaznice su stekle certifikat za upravljanje timovima u kriznim situacijama.
