On November 13, our employee Marcel Murtezani participated in the training "Models of citizen involvement in the work of civil society organizations" via the Zoom platform organized by ACT Group.
The training was interactive, with participants given specific tasks, and the focus was on how to effectively present non-profit organizations through various aspects of marketing. They also discussed measures of marketing success and ways to monitor audience engagement, in order to better understand marketing results and plan future activities more effectively.
