Thanks to the support of the City of Zagreb, which recognized our project and decided to co-finance it, and to which we hereby thank.

The education activity is being carried out by the Association "Latice". Since the association does not have its own capacities to independently carry out this complex activity, it will be implemented through a partnership with "PoliClinic for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation "Prof. dr. sc. Milena Stojčević Polovina" from Zagreb. The members of the rehabilitation team of the Polyclinic are: doctors specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, senior physiotherapists, pedagogue therapist and occupational therapists. This education will cover:
– 15 children and their parents, members of the junior club "Our Angels" and the "Dodir" Playroom of the Latice association
– Creative workshop leader and 1 physiotherapist who works in the "Our Angels" club of the Latice association
The education will be tailored individually to each child, with a special emphasis on improving activities of daily living. Depending on individual needs and indications, the following rehabilitation methods will be used in the education:

– neurodevelopmental therapy according to Bobath
– Vojta rehabilitation,
– rehabilitation method according to Stojčević Polovina,
– educational and rehabilitative education with elements of sensory integration therapy
– occupational therapy.

The need for this type of rehabilitation is unquestionable and we hope that through tenders we will find financial opportunities and be able to continue this pilot project in the future, so that the lives of our children will be of higher quality and better quality.
