By participating in the second Virovska Prkačijada, our Latice once again showed that they can participate in all events.
We are pushing the boundaries of our possibilities, skills, and abilities.
And this time we proved that we want to, we can and that there are no limits for us. The photos show not only the results of PRKAČI, but also how our hardworking Laticas prepared them with lots of love and joy.
By participating in the Virovska Prkačijada, we justified the trust of the City of Koprivnica and the Koprivnica-Križevci County, which co-financed our project/programme "FOLLOW US AND SUPPORT US" from the budget, as part of which a cooking school was organized for users.
Many thanks to the City and the Koprivnica-Križevci County.
Prkačijada is an event aimed at preserving the tradition of baking small, old-fashioned cakes and preserving old recipes from being forgotten.
It is known that Virje, as well as the entire central Podravina region, can boast a rich tradition of baking "prkač" for various occasions, and through the "Prkačijada" the gastronomic heritage of the wider area can be preserved.
The internationality of the festival was given by foreign guests.
